📱Love your eyes this February, even when working long days on a screen!📱

Digital eye strain can affect you in a number of ways including headaches, blurred vision, eye irritation, double Vision, excessive tearing or blinking, and shoulder, neck, or back pain. It is reported that more than 70% of adults in Alberta display adverse symptoms due to digital devices.

To help mitigate these symptoms, you can employ the 20-20-20 rule! Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away, for at least 20 seconds.
