Praise the Lord - I thought a wheelchair was my next step... 🛑

Living with arthritis for 5 years wasn’t just a statistic; it was my daily reality. I followed the clinical advice, saw the specialists, and searched for answers in the research from the Arthritis Society Canada and the Journal of Rheumatology.

Despite my efforts, I was limited to walking only 50 meters. I was using a walker and staring down the reality of a wheelchair.
