I love to listen. I love to hear what you're feeling and how you want to express it. It wasn't always that way. And I'm not perfect. I love to talk. But, as I get older and experience the world in a different way, I'm learning to slow down and say less...

In a reiki session, I set aside time specifically to listen. To find out the root of why we are together and what you need. We debrief before and after. And this is where I listen. I am here for you. I hold space for you, dear friend.

Wednesday is hump day. We all feel it regardless of rhe structure of our week. The great inhale before the weekend's mighty exhale...
Based on conversations I've had in the last few weeks, many people are looking for a way to release stress, to catch their breath, to find a break from a heavy load, and an aid in soreness/pain/stiffness in the body.

Yoga is here for you! And you don't need to know a thing about it...heck, I even have a mat you can borrow. Don't be scared...I've got you 😘
