Today is World Oral Health day. Your mouth is the gateway to the rest of your body and today is to highlight the importance of taking care of your mouth.

When you come in for an annual checkup we are looking for more than just cavities, we also can detect early signs of oral diseases or even other conditions that effect the rest of the body.

You also need to make sure that you take care of your mouth at home by brushing and flossing regularly, and eating foods that are beneficial to your overall health.
