This is for people new to energy sharing, and also for those who are seasoned practitioners. We start with a sharing circle /opening meditation. Hello !! I know sometimes it’s silly to announce, but I’m taking another social media break! I like to let you all know so you can be sure to reach me in other ways. During times of unrest, change, seasons transitioning , global stress etc. I find it to be best to unplug and connect to Nature. There is so much wisdom in silence. Our brains seem to be getting scrambled by the non stop sharing and exposure to so much news and information. Some say the “mirages are lifting “. I read somewhere that, that occurs within. When we cleanse and clear, ground and align. So much clarity can come into centre. The theme lately has been “clearing the lines of separation”. We are all family and children of this earth. Each with a unique and beautiful purpose for being here. So much is pulling us into hate, division, separation, etc. The most powerful thing we can do, is keep returning to love. Compassion for each other, always looking for that middle ground. For those empathetic questions that help us understand eachother more deeply. Often what we think or see, is such a small part of the picture. This doesn’t mean not speaking up, having boundaries or saying no when it doesn’t feel right. This just means that we take that extra minute of time, to try and reach the hearts of those around us. To try and understand what drives us, and why. Because I think at the heart of it, most of us want the same things. We just have been driven by fear for so long, we long sight of eachother ❤️❤️❤️❤️🩷

We are pleased to welcome Adrian Tomei into the clinic! Adrian graduated U of L with a BHSc Addictions Counselling in 2014, has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2019, and gained his diploma in Zenthai Shiatsu Therapy in 2023. After almost a decade on the west coast, he has moved back to Lethbridge to offer his healing services here.

Most folks will immediately wonder, “What is Zenthai Shiatsu?”
Great question: For starts, it is a floor based massage modality, meaning you’ll be receiving your treatment on a futon resting on the ground. This means the therapist can use creative movements and holds, aligning body weight and gravity to easefully mobilize joints, stretch muscles, hydrate fascia, and release adhesions anywhere in the body. Shiatsu massage, Traditional Thai massage, and Osteopathic techniques are all woven together within a beautiful framework.

You will appreciate Zenthai’s focus on the organ and meridian systems, moving Qi stagnation & excess according to specific client needs in relation to Chinese Five Element Theory!
