Monday, March 14th our province will enter new Covid-19 guidelines. Government regulations recommend that medical clinics will still need to adhere to masking. Masking will be mandatory upon entering the clinic and during treatment. These guidelines are in place for your safety and mine. Thank you for understanding.

UPDATE: June 8th, we move to Alert Level 3 in our province if all goes well. I am preparing to open but unsure of the exact day. I am waiting on essential items to open safely.

There are significant changes to the clinic, lots of rules and regulations as we move into this new level.

1) There will be no walk in appointments, scheduled appointments ONLY at this time. To arrange an appointment you must call to book. Door will be locked while providing services.

2)Patients will have to wait in vehicle as there will be no waiting area available.

3)You must wear a mask upon entering building. It is mandatory. Surgical or homemade. If you need assistance, helper must wear a mask as well. Once situated, helper will have to wait in vehicle until appointment has ended. No children allowed.

4) Patient will have to sign a Covid-19 form upon entering.

5) Temperature will be taken upon entry.

6)Hand Sanitizer will be provided upon entry.Hands to be washed upon entry and exiting.

7) Items such has handbags should not be on your person.

8 ) No drinks or food allowed.

9) Debit will be available and exact cash only.

10) No Public Washroom Available

11) If you have ANY flu like symptoms
eg) a runny nose due to allergies, etc. You will Not be seen. Appointment will have to be rescheduled for a later date.

12) If you have travelled outside the province or live with someone that has travelled. You will be asked to reschedule appointment for 14 days after.

I will be wearing Full PPE- facial shield, mask, gown and gloves.
Due to all the measures put in place and extra sanitizing needed to keep everyone safe, time constraints will be an issue. I will be seeing less patients per day.

I will be calling patients in the next few days, in the order they were cancelled back in March to be fair. I will not be accepting new patients at this time unless you were scheduled prior to the pandemic.
Your patience and understanding at this trying time is much appreciated. It will take a few weeks to get back on track.

***I will not be providing Private Home Visits at this time. Patients will have to schedule a Clinic appointment. ****

After some very careful consideration. I have decided that in the best interest of my patients and with the spread of COVID-19. Effective on March 17, Heel to Toe Footcare Clinic will be cancelling All appointments in Clinic and Home Visits until the situation resolves itself and the restrictions are lifted. The health and safety of my patients are a priority. All patients will be contacted by phone ASAP. Thank you for your understanding during these extraordinary circumstances.

👓👓Wondering what to do with your old prescription eye glasses???👓👓👓👓

I am currently accepting children’s, men’s and women’s eye glasses at Heel To Toe Footcare. These glasses will help people in the Dominican Republic. My friend will be leaving in a couple of weeks to give much needed aid to people who simply cannot afford the things we take for granted.
Also, she is needing Children’s Vitamins and Magnesium pills. If any of you can help, please drop items off to my clinic on Wednesday or I can make arrangements to pick them up. Thanks so much for the people who have donated items thus far .. Robin❤️

😎HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED WHAT TO DO WITH YOU OLD PRESCRIPTION GLASSES? 😎 Heel To Toe Footcare will be accepting your old prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. These glasses will help people in the Dominican Republic that are less fortunate and cannot afford to buy eyeglasses. If you have any that you are willing to donate, please drop them off to my clinic. Mon-Wed (9-2:30). Your help is greatly appreciated. There will be a drop box located in the waiting area. Thanks

Merry Christmas! I would like to thank all of my clients over the past year for supporting me in my new business venture. I opened in Nov. 2016 and it's been one heck of a year. In Februrary 2017, I had a bad skidoo accident, broke my leg and was off work for almost 5 months, a very trying time. In September, my mother in law had an accident and spent 9 weeks in the hospital. She was critical for weeks.. she is home now with us for Xmas and doing good. So, it's been trying at times. Thanks to everyone who helped us in any way get through it all.
