Short-Term Contract Receptionist (3 Months)
We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist for a 3-month short-term contract position, scheduled two days per week (Tuesdays and Fridays).

The Receptionist plays a key role in supporting clinic operations by ensuring efficient front desk workflow and delivering a high standard of patient service within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
-Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and clinic flow
-Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
-Process payments and support basic billing procedures
-Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring patient confidentiality
-Communicate effectively with practitioners and administrative staff
-Maintain an organized, professional reception area
-Complete general administrative duties as required
-Laundry and general cleaning/organizational tasks

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
-Knowledge of insurance billing and direct billing processes is a strong asset but not a requirement
-Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
-Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
-Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a clinical environment

Position Details:
-Short-term contract: 3 months
-Schedule: Tuesdays and Fridays
-On-site position
