We created this space for women like us.

Who once from felt disconnected from our body and especially our pleasure.

What powerful healing that gets to happen when women come together to speak their truth about their journey; to find they are not alone.

We created this series to empower you to get curious about your body, your pleasure, your needs & why we created these walls that are more like armour.

The embodiment is a space to sink into your body and her life-force coursing through you; the life-force that connects you to your pleasure and your pu$$y (which let’s be serious, is where your truth lays).

You soften, and allow breath, movement + myofascial release to open up and awaken your root and sacral.

Allowing the life force to rise up we connect even deeper with our body using ancient kundalini inspired movements to awaken our solar plexus.

Your heart expands, your voice is heard, harnessing a a deeper connection with you.

Topping off; you bask in receivership with Reiki to fully support your life-force rising and clear energetic tension and filters that keep you from fully claiming and stepping into your pleasure.

Most of us learned how to be desirable before we learned how to be expressed.

10 things that healed my nervous system…and none of them were about fixing myself. 😏

1. Letting go of the constant need to “do the work”, trusting the seasons as the come and go.
2. Moving my body in ways that felt intuitive, not prescriptive- turning my body into my inner compass.
3. Allowing pleasure before I felt healed or ready; knowing I’m worthy of receiving just for being me.
4. Resting even when my to-do list wasn’t complete, knowing that rest is a part of the to-do list, too.
5. Finding the moments to laugh, instead of over-analyzing every sensation and story
6. Choosing ease, rest and slowness over growth when my body asked for it
7. Letting my body lead; not my mindset or willpower or pushing through.
8. Not turning every emotion into something to process or fix; meeting myself where I’m at.
9. Consuming less content, stepping out of comparison and living more life here in the now.
10. Letting healing be messy, human, and imperfect; not performative or a race to the finish line.

Turns out my nervous system didn’t need more discipline or self-improvement.

It needed safety.

It needed spaciousness.

It needed pleasure, play, and permission to soften.

Healing didn’t come from trying harder.

It came from ✨listening deeper✨
