Under the general supervision of Dr. Lockwood, the successful candidate is mainly responsible for:

✅Greeting/registering patients
✅Remaining friendly, outgoing, and professional to all patrons and staff
✅Scheduling appointments
✅Processing patient information
✅Informing health care providers of critical information/phone calls/faxes
✅Collecting and sending faxes
✅Scanning documents into electronic medical records
✅Preparing invoices and collecting payments
✅Works with staff to ensure a clean and proficient workspace
✅Performing other related duties within the clinic as assigned
✅Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
✅Some bookkeeping duties

Qualifications:

✅Previous administrative experience an asset
✅Demonstrates ability to work as a team member
✅Demonstrate ability to keep a clean and organized workspace
✅Demonstrates ability to work with minimal supervision
✅Ability to take initiative
✅Proven attendance record
✅Ability to perform essential duties of the job
✅Ability to problem solve
