Just a little house keeping 🫶 FAQ

The Waitlist - Please use the waitlist for any day that works for you that is full on the calendar, but ALSO book a future available appointment. It is possible but rare for something to open up on your day and I want to guarantee a future appt with you!

Injections - I have many clients that receive injections of all sorts from other practitioners. I do require 4-6 weeks post injections before treatment. This is for your safety and health.

Male Clientele - Yes of course I do treat men! BUT only on a referral basis. Please only book if I have met/treated a close personal female friend or family member.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage - There has been so many of you book which I am thrilled about! More information to come but I CANNOT treat an area that has had lymph nodes removed or radiation over the area. I know it’s a high demand service because so many people with removed or damage need treatment but I am not certified to do so. Please visit the Dr Vodder website to search for Level 3 therapist to help you.

My area of expertise is swelling, injury, bruising, pregnancy and postpartum, pre and post cosmetic surgery, digestion - bloating and constipation and so much more.

The Online Shop - Anything ordered will be placed in the hallway with your name on it for pick up as soon as I’m back in at work. You can use the door code to pick your goodies up at any time that is convenient for you!

Gift Cards - If you want a physical card please reach out. If not there is an online ordering system now that can text or email the gift to your recipient or you can print it at home.

A new year always causes me to reflect, pause for a minute and notice did I do what I said I was going to do?
In what ways can I be proud of the journey?
If I didn't accomplish something, how can I give myself some grace and set myself up better to revist that task this coming year? Or do I even want this anymore?
What do I crave more for the following year? - Something new, something but stronger or something slower..

This year I have grown in many ways that I honestly didn't think was possible for many years. Here just at Bloom we have an entire new service of Dr. Vodder accredited full body Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I have really sinked into my facial treatments and my regulars and my newbies you truly are my daily joy. In the background I have also been studying at the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine, something I have always hoped to do. (I just finished my first year exam this morning! 2 more to go) The studio just got my dream curtains installed and a massage bed to support every body and pregnancy at all stages - I think it's become the full dreamland I've always wished to create for you.

So to all of you, your word of mouth, your beautiful families, sisters, mothers, aunts, husbands, family from across the world that you'd like to spoil the google reviews, the love and compassion you share at the end of your treatment with me. This is what strives me to move forward, to grow, create and expand.

Hi Friends! As some as you know I have been studying Homeopathic Medicine since September to be a Homeopath in 2027. I eagerly get to take on some of my own clients with a mentor in January. I will need 5 in 2026 but only 1 for January as of right now. Please read below of some of the requirements and if this interests you reach out!

- You have a health concern - physically or mentally - something thats been chronically happening or just come up
- Are open to trying Homeopathic medicine - tracking your symptoms and taking a gentle medicine when perscribed
- Paying for the consultation and follow ups at a fraction of the cost (receiving a prescription from a practitioner of 30+ years)
- Would consist of an initial consult and potentially 1-3 follow ups with me and my mentor

I see a lot of women fear aging and I know I am young have not experienced such a thing but my perspective is as follows:

There is no such thing as anti-aging procedures. We will never be who we were yesterday. Physically or psychologically. We will never be who we were 5 years ago.

So while we’re on this crazy, beautiful, kind and pleasurable journey we call life. I honestly don’t want to be who I was 5 years ago. I want to become the most knowledgeable, strongest, confident version of myself and by each day that passes I strive to become that version of me.

Life experiences, good, beautiful, bad and painful are all experiences that teach us so many things about ourselves and the ones around us.

Being 21 and experiencing everything I have so far assures me I want and wish to age and experience everything 10 fold. I want smile lines when I’m 45 because I am going to be so thankful I was smiling throughout another 24 years of my life.

And when it’s time I want the grey hair and skin that isn’t tight because I lived long enough to experience that.

Until then I will support and strive for my body to be its best version of itself.

I hope you can do the same and together we will age with beauty and grace. Our faces will tell stories of love and laughter and therefore we will age with so much honour and privilege.
