✨ Intermediate Yoga Series ✨

This 6-week Intermediate Yoga Series is designed for students with an established yoga practice who are curious to explore what’s possible when strength, mobility, and mindful challenge come together.
Classes will be more active and progressive in nature, offering space to refine familiar shapes and explore deeper expressions of movement. You can expect a consistent focus on key postures throughout the series, including Sirsasana (Headstand), Salamba Sarvangasana (Supported Shoulderstand), Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel), and Hanumanasana (Splits)—with thoughtful preparation, options, and weekly repetition to build confidence and understanding over time.
This series is not about performing or “nailing” a pose. It’s about learning how to meet your edge with curiosity, self-compassion, and discernment. You’ll be encouraged to listen closely to your body, honour where you are each week, and explore challenge in a way that feels supportive rather than forceful.
An inclusive, judgment-free environment is central to this series. All bodies are welcome, and modifications and alternatives will always be offered. A solid foundation in yoga is recommended, along with comfort moving through a vinyasa-style class.
