We’ve installed new heaters and are now offering warm and heated classes to help you move, sweat, soften, and feel human again — even when it’s still -38 outside.

For the next two months, we’re offering a special unlimited pass for our warm & heated classes only.

Are you new to yoga? Needing some gentle guidance and your questions answered?

Come join us this Saturday for our Beginners Workshop.
This 2-hour workshop is designed to gently introduce you to the foundations of a yoga class in a supportive, no-pressure environment. We’ll take the time to slow things down, explain what’s happening, and answer the questions you may not feel comfortable asking in a regular class.

We’re proud to offer monthly yoga scholarships for individuals who self-identify as part of Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) communities, as well as anyone from marginalized or underrepresented groups — including 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, people with disabilities, and those facing financial or social barriers to wellness.

NEW KARMA CLASS OFFERING:

We’re excited to introduce a new offering to the Fieldside community — our Karma Qigong Class, led by the wonderful Wilf Ludlam. 🌿

Wilf brings over 18 years of Tai Chi experience and 11 years of Qigong practice, with 7 years of teaching under his belt. A lifelong mover and self-taught practitioner, Wilf shares this gentle art with a grounded, humble, and welcoming presence.

What is Qigong?
Qigong is a slow, flowing movement and breathwork practice designed to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. Think of it as meditation in motion — accessible to all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.

This is a karma class, which means:
✨ Pay-what-you-can
✨ 100% of proceeds will be donated to our local food bank
✨ All are welcome — no experience needed

Come move gently, breathe deeply, and support our community at the same time. ❤️

Our 8-week Intermediate Yoga Series begins Sunday, February 8 at 10am and is designed for students with an established practice who are curious to go a little deeper.

Expect a stronger, more active flow with weekly exploration of poses like headstand, wheel, shoulderstand, and splits—all taught with care, preparation, and choice.

This is a space for challenge and compassion. No pressure. No judgment. Just curiosity, strength, and learning how to meet yourself exactly where you are.
