We are registered Massage Therapists, and we do mobile services and can direct Bill most insurance companies Please note that there is a separate travel charge to go mobile to the clients house. The charge may be from $20-$80, depending on the distance.

Let's discuss: What length of massage do you choose? Is there a benefit to one over the other?

There are scenarios in which a shorter massage (even 30 minutes) could be the optimal choice. For example, a short session can be great for athletes, elderly clients, or those with medical conditions that may fatigue quicker.

Personal schedule or health benefits coverage may also impact a person's choice of treatment length.

On the other hand, longer sessions may allow for more targeted therapy to hone in on certain issues and allow for specialized techniques, such as myofascial cupping. It may also allow for deeper relaxation.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution, but what's your take? Let us know in the comments!
