Looking for a new way to slow down and reconnect with yourself this winter?
This winter, we invite you into a morning of slowing down, softening, and creating from a place of pure intuition.

Led by Atheana Brown (Restorative Yoga) and Shelley Peeken (Intuitive Watercolour Artist), this retreat is a deeply meditative experience where yoga meets creative expression.

Through long, supported restorative poses, you’ll be guided to release tension, quiet the mind, and settle into your body. Between postures, you’ll explore brief bursts of spontaneous painting — 30 to 90 seconds of watercolour flow — allowing colour and movement to arise without overthinking or expectation.

There’s no right or wrong way to create here. No need to be “good” at art or flexible in your body. Just curiosity, softness, and presence.

The intention of this retreat is to reconnect you with your intuitive self — the part that paints, moves, and breathes freely when the mind steps aside.
