Today was pull day for Robin Kaizer.

Strong doesn’t start with pull-ups. Strong starts with showing up.
Robin is working on assisted pull-ups using a resistance band — a smart way to build strength, improve form, and gain confidence step by step. No ego, no pretending, no skipping the basics. Just real progress.
That’s how personal training should feel. We meet you where you are, then build from there. Whether your goal is your first push-up, or moving with less pain, or having more energy, or learning proper technique, or feeling confident in the gym, or one day doing your own pull-up… we make it doable.
You do not need to be fit to start. You start, then you get fit. Funny how that works, huh?

One of our recent guests came with her two daughters to celebrate some big accomplishments.

Recipe for Blueberry Lemon Rosemary water:
-Blueberries (fresh or frozen)-
-couple sprigs of fresh rosemary cut and rolled to release oils
-1 lemon
