You may have seen this chart floating around social media. I’ve had a bad reaction to it from when I’ve seen it and decided to get my thoughts out. Most of us will always choose to be happy, learning, growing and not in a fear place. Unfortunately that isn’t always how mental health works. We are going through a traumatic time with many losses right now. It’s okay to be afraid. For some the fear zone is all they are capable of. Let’s Stop shaming how people are coping and let’s have compassion for each other regardless where we are on this chart or in life. If you are struggling and afraid know that it’s totally okay. Please reach out if you are struggling and don’t blame yourself if you are. You are not alone.

Hello beautiful friends. Thank you for all your feedback on online yoga classes. I heard you and good things are coming. I am pre-recording 3 programs for you. 1) a meditation class to calm and re-centre 2) a multi-level active yoga class to build heat and 3) a calm evening class to unwind and restore. You will be able to watch them when you want and on your schedule. For those who reached out I will send you a link as they become ready. If you are interested, just let me know and I will include you on the list. I look forward to virtually visit your homes and share space in the heart. ❤️.

Hello beautiful friends.
Hope you are keeping well during these really difficult times.

I'm finding that its a day by day process. Some days are more challenging than others and some moments more hopeful than the ones before. It's strange to be apart from each other as we go through this because there is so much strength gained from community, hugs, and contact.

A few of you have asked me to host some online yoga and meditation classes. Would you be interested?

If so, are we longing for a more active day practice, or calm evening practice?

Your feedback will be so helpful to get me started on this.

I miss your smiling faces and hope that connecting online will make this time a little easier on us.

Made it home to safely. It was a super long journey with lots of delays and chaos, but I’m home. Was a bit disappointed at for such poor screening. I was asked where I was coming from and how I am feeling. Then stuffed like a sardine in line at customs. Surely that’s not social distancing nor responsible. We also got a sheet telling us to socially isolate. It doesn’t seem like enough during these really vulnerable times.

On my way from . First stop . There was no screening so far which was surprising. At least I completely sanitized my environment. . Also, yes I’m still wearing the same . I can’t wait to take it off and have some more wardrobe options.

Yesterday we woke up and it was if a went off. cancelled all visas and that meant our Bali trip was cancelled too. We even checked into our flights. That’s how ready to go we were. This finally did a checkmate on our travel. We had no choice but to and trust that it’s all happening for the best. After many hours on hold trying to reach airlines. After many tears shed from disappointment and frustration, we are all safely making our way home this weekend. I’m so grateful that we completed our journey safely and with very sanitized hands too. I’m sad to miss some dear friends in , but Mother Nature decided for us that now is just not the right time to go. We may need to quarantine when we get home, but who knows🤷‍♀️. Most importantly however is the gratitude in my heart for such a special group of women, to mother and the divine mother, my teacher, Amma for the grace that flowed in every part of this journey. Thank you for the lessons and adventures. My heart is full knowing deeply how perfect it all was and that I was a witness to it all. India I hope it won’t be too long until I get to come back into your arms. 🙏🕉❤️

Our through has began. We had a long drive to yesterday, but well worth it when we woke up to its beauty. Walking through town and exploring the sights of this sweet town was so much fun.
