Iโ€™ve been planning this for a while, but what better time to make the announcement than during National Kinesiology Week!
Iโ€™m officially a registered member of the Kinesiology Association of Nova Scotia and am excited to incorporate my skills into my current Acupuncture practice. While Acupuncture is key to reducing pain, I also believe that movement and strengthening the area of concern is also important.
