Our home got a musical upgrade this week!

From all of us at Points West Living Lloydminster, we extend a heartfelt thank you to the Sandercock family for generously donating this beautiful instrument as a replacement for our well-loved piano. Music has such a special way of bringing people together, and we’re so excited to continue filling our home with melodies, memories, and a little extra joy each day.

Today we were lucky enough to enjoy a lovely performance, and we can’t wait for many more musical moments to bless us in our community.

Our residents at Points West Living Lloydminster are preparing for our Petals & Pastries Bake Sale, and we’re reaching out to our friends in the Lloydminster community for a little help!

We are looking for donations of baked goods to help make our fundraiser a success. All proceeds will go toward flowers, plants, and gardening supplies to create a beautiful outdoor garden space for our residents.

If you would be willing to donate some baking, we would be so grateful!

Send us a message or drop off your baking before the sale on May 13.

Our residents are hosting a Petals & Pastries Bake Sale to help raise funds for flowers, plants, and gardening supplies so we can create a beautiful outdoor garden space for everyone to enjoy!

Today our residents did a little “no-bake baking!” 🍪🐣 We made delicious no-bake cookies and topped them with mini eggs to create adorable little bird nests.

Programs like this do more than satisfy a sweet tooth. Baking activities help support fine motor skills, creativity, and cognitive engagement, while bringing everyone together for conversation, laughter, and a shared sense of accomplishment.

A little chocolate, a little creativity, and a lot of smiles today! 💛

Our residents had a wonderful outing today to the Lloydminster Museum + Archives for their Legacy Tour, where we explored the early beginnings of Lloydminster. From fascinating stories to shared memories, it was a great way to connect with the history of the community many of our residents have called home for years.

A big thank you to the museum staff for the engaging tour, and to our friends at Border City Connects for providing transportation and helping make this outing possible!
