2-Minute Reset:
• Sit tall and roll your shoulders back × 5
• Interlace fingers, reach palms forward, round your upper back
• Lift arms overhead, take 3 slow breaths
• Gently look right, then left to stretch the neck
• Stand up, hinge forward, let your arms hang heavy
• Slowly roll back up and give one big shoulder shrug

A few small stretches can make a big difference after a long work week.
