Dear valued clients,
We have some exciting news🎉🎉 The spa is starting to reopen !! The city of Lloydminster has announced that phase 2 of our city-wide re-open plan commences May 19th!! That means Michelle and Liezl, our in-house massage therapists, will be back to work!🎉. If all goes as planned in our vibrant town, Rachael, Sheena and Sauvanna will be permitted to provide our many aesthetic and beauty services in no time (and we may even have a few new services to offer you lovely people 😏)
To book in for a massage, please call or text
Michelle (306) 830-2992
Liezl (780) 522-2710
For the time being, ALL massages will have to be booked BY PHONE as clients are required to fill out a pre-assessment form before being able to be booked in. Please contact your massage therapist for booking AS ONLY THEY WILL BE ABLE TO PREFORM THE PRE-ASSESSMENT AND MAKE THE BOOKING. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
💥💥Our retail products are readily available and we are accepting calls for curb side pick. Please call Rachael at (780) 214-7546 if you would like to place an order!
To ensure your safety, us ladies at Complexions have reviewed the provincial guidelines and have safeguarded the spa to not only meet but exceed recommended standards. While our beautiful spot might look a bit bare without our usual lovely decor, this was done to enhance the safety of our guests.
Please know we have completely sanitized the building, equipment, tools and supplies and will book extra time off between each client to do a full sanitization routine, with special detail given to public areas visited more frequently to ensure our guests safety.
As per the new regulations imposed by the government, we will have lots of different rules and procedures to follow at the spa to ensure we are keeping you, our loyal clients, safe. We thank you for helping us implement these rules and look forward to providing you all of our wonderful services once again, soon.
CLIENT INFORMATION
1. Before attending your appointment, please complete the COVID-19 Self Assessment Test found at https://ca.thrive.health/covid19/en. If the test recommends that you be tested, or that you self isolate, you must cancel your appointment. No services will be preformed on anyone who has a symptom of COVID-19.
2. If you feel in any way unwell, if you have a sickness of any kind, or should anyone in your immediate family, you must cancel your appointment. No services will be preformed on those who are sick or feeling unwell.
3. Your therapist will do a screening questionnaire with you at the start of your appointment. In the near future, you may be asked to have your temperature taken. Please be advised that having an elevated body temperature will mean that you will be unable to be treated, as a fever is now an absolute contraindication for massage therapy. No services will be preformed on those who present with a fever.
4. Your therapist will have their own health disclosure document, which you will need to sign, saying that they have informed you of their relevant health conditions and that you wish to proceed with treatment. Please check your email for this document on the morning of your appointment. It must be signed electronically and then returned.
5. Government required PPE gear will be worn throughout your appointment by your service provider (and then disposed of) between each new client.
6. Clients must come alone (no spouse, children or friends will be permitted)
7. Clients should arrive no more than 5 minutes before the expected appointment time. If you arrive before this time, please remain in your vehicle until at least 5 minutes before your appointment. This is to help us keep our waiting area from exceeding its maximum recommended capacity. The front door will be locked between sessions. Upon entering the building, you will see four chairs spaced 6 feet apart. Please take the seat that is labeled with your service provider’s name.
8. All magazines have been temporarily removed and our brochures will be laminated.
9. Beverage service will not be provided until further notice.
10. If possible, please be prepared to pay by contactless methods (ex. E-transfer). Cash is to be avoided if possible. Please use designated spots, marked on the floor, should a line form at the front desk.
11. Upon entrance into the clinic, please use hand sanitizer that is provided. Hand sanitizer and tissues will also be provided in all rooms of the clinic.
12. We have left extra time between our clients to ensure minimal interaction between patrons.
13. Clients are not required to wear masks but it is recommended if it does not impede your service. Masks will be available for purchase.
14. All of the Personal Protective Equipment requirements sanctioned by the government have been implemented to protect both you, your service provider and society in general from the potential spread of COVID 19. These measures will be in place until the government reduces the requirements for the use of PPE.
We thank you for your cooperation.
