YOGA - CONSCIOUSNESS & AESTHETICS

What I like best about practicing yoga is that the asanas are not limited to the body. The life of consciousness is enriched by the performance of the asanas and finally the exercise has a promoting and healing effect on the body. Heinz Grill has developed the New Yoga Will on the concept of the fourfold human. Rudolf Steiner, the founder of Anthroposophy, used this model as a basis for further researches, but he did not invent it. It has existed since the beginning of understanding of consciousness. Heinz Grill, born 1960 in Germany, adopted this model and created the New Yoga Will (www.heinz-grill.de). I am a certified yoga teacher and practice yoga and meditation with joy and commitment. I also studied Rudolf Steiner for many years. My husband and I live in Switzerland and in Nova Scotia, Canada, since retirement.

From then on, classes will continue in the Barn until October 15.
