It’s my 2 year anniversary of being an RMT!

Time has absolutely flown by, and I am so thankful for everyone I have met along the way. Each new experience has reminded me on how much I have grown as an RMT and as a person. I have had the opportunity to learn so much and there is still so much more to learn.

I am so grateful to be in a fulfilling career where I can help make a difference in my clients lives, and that’s why I absolutely love what I do.

With winter finally here, there’s a lot of snow to shovel!

But shovelling snow may cause tension or pain in the shoulders and back. Massage therapy can help with tension and possible strains from shoveling all that snow.
