Warmer days are coming! ☀️🌷
It has been a long, cold winter and with spring brings more activity. 🏃🏽♂️
This is just your yearly reminder to ease into exercises this spring and make sure to prioritize a proper warmup and mobility routine.
It can be tempting to jump right back into activities (eg. golf, running, soccer, etc.). But you have to make sure your body is ready to perform.
