The last two years has been tough for all of us, even our pets. We’ve gotten better at looking out for each other, getting involved in community share programs, as well as knowing your neighbours. Some people have taken up exercising, others have not, others have switched jobs, others have lost jobs, many children have gone from online to in-person creating constant change and uncertainty for both parents and students. Isolating has reeked havoc on individuals. These constant changes add extra stress to everyday life. Mental wellness is a challenging part of everyday life. Let’s help raise mental health awareness. 💛 If you or someone you know is having a rough time, talk to them about getting support. We are here to help. 💛
