The Annual Passages Event is back!
We’re excited to invite you to another engaging and enriching session filled with learning and connection.

This is a free resource fair to help caregivers plan for their child who is starting high school or graduating from high school and looking to participate in community activities as a young adult.

Topic: Transition Planning for Youth with Special Needs and Their Families Through Secondary School and Beyond
When: Wednesday, November 19th from 4 - 7 pm
Where: John Paul II Secondary School (Oxford and Highbury)
What: Organizations will be there to share information about the services and supports offered.
