As we celebrate the start of this new year — and enter our 5th year of being open — all of us at Riverbend Massage Therapy Inc. want to take a moment to say thank you. To every client, friend, and colleague who spent part of 2025 with us: your support, trust, and encouragement mean more than we can put into words. We truly wouldn’t be where we are today without you.

Hello, my name is Mackenzie! I graduated from Fanshawe College in London with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. Growing up, I played both indoor and beach volleyball, where I discovered the importance of keeping my body healthy and strong. These experiences, along with my love for strength training, yoga, and hiking, have deepened my passion for holistic health and wellness. I understand that pain and discomfort in the body can be frustrating and affect your day-to-day life. As your massage therapist, my goal is to work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I provide therapeutic treatments for a variety of conditions, including frozen shoulder, TMJD, tension headaches, and tendinitis, among others. For those moments when you simply need to relax and recharge, I also offer relaxation treatments to help you prioritize self-care.

I will be offering morning and evening appointments. Whether you’re seeking relief from discomfort or a space to unwind, I’m here to support you on your wellness journey.

Riverbend Massage Therapy is growing again and pleased to welcome Jadyn to the team! Growing up Jadyn always had an appreciation for the human body and its capabilities. With 11 years of competitive dance experience, and afterwards a passion for resistance training she always knew she wanted a career in healthcare, helping others live better. She began with completing Fanshawe College’s PreHealth Sciences program, and after initially pursuing Medical Radiation, she continued to seek a role with more direct involvement in clients’ circle of care, when she became enamoured with the benefits of massage therapy.

Now a graduate from Fanshawe College’s Massage Therapy Program and a registered member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, Jadyn enjoys customizing treatments and practical homecare strategies for clients to increase their quality of life, welcoming a wide range of conditions/injuries. Incorporating fascial techniques, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, joint mobilizations and swedish massage techniques in her treatments, Jadyn aims to provide clients with muscle and joint pain relief, rehabilitation, and overall relaxation.

Pleased to be a part of the Riverbend Massage Therapy team, Jadyn is dedicated to the continued learning massage therapy has to offer to provide further modalities for her clients. New Year, New Faces!

Krystal is looking to expand her practice and opening her calendar to welcome some new faces in 2024!

Krystal has over 8 years experience with techniques that include a mix of deep tissue, fascial work, and relaxation practices to create a personalized treatment for all. With countless hours under her belt, Krystal has experience treating a variety of ailments from TMJ syndrome, to Plantar Fascitis and everything in between!

If you’re looking to add massage therapy to your New Years resolutions, her January calendar is live with openings still available in her schedule!

We understand that life happens out of our control but these spots are reserved for you and when you don’t show up the therapist is unable to fill the space.

We are excited to welcome a new member to our team!

Susan is an acupuncturist with more than 12 years experience and loves to see the amazing results that acupuncture gives. Susan grew up in Southern Ontario and received her Biology degree from Queen’s University. After ending up working in the banking field, she later went back to school to pursue her interests in health and natural medicine. She moved to the west coast where Traditional Chinese Medicine was more established and received her diploma of Acupuncture from Pacific Rim College in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia. During this time, she was able see the global impacts of acupuncture while training at Mnazi Mmoja hospital in Tanzania and at outreach clinics in Uganda.

After graduating, Susan went to practice on cruise ships and ended up having a 9-year career working on 8 different ships. She was able to introduce acupuncture to many who had no previous experiences with the medicine and got to see the rewards of helping people from all sides of the world. She retired her sea legs at the end of 2019 and started up her practice in Canada at the beginning of 2020.

Outside of work, Susan loves anything to do with nature and being outside; especially hiking and exploring the beautiful sites of Canada. She plays soccer and volleyball, and also loves vegetable and herb gardening. She has travelled to 59 countries and plans to get that number higher soon!

Susan will be starting April 12th and will be working Wednesday evenings.
