Hi, I’m Seanna! I’m a birth and postpartum doula in St Thomas, Ontario and serving London and surrounding area.

I’ve been daydreaming of supporting people in their journey into parenthood since my own journey began, so stepping into doula work felt like finding my calling. My goal as your doula is that you feel cared for, supported, and heard. I want you to have the perinatal experience that you envision, and I will do everything I can to help you reach your goals.

My doula work is informed by my own struggles with infertility, pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, mom guilt, and perinatal mental illness. I want to be the person I needed when I was struggling and couldn’t see the light at the other end. I can’t pull you out of the tunnel, but I can walk beside you with a lantern. I will be your advocate, your nurturer, your teacher, and your knowledge broker. In short, I will be your doula.
