Starting today! From Monday to Friday this page will be live for 1 hr a day to come and not only share my healing journey and provide key skills and things I am learning both through my mentorship and clinical but also from my own experience and be here to extend an ear, a shoulder, or advice to others who are struggling to start their healing journey or are on it but are either stuck or the load just feels too heavy to carry alone.

I'm no sharing my journey for sympathy or recognition I am simply sharing it to empower others todo the same no matter how dark, lonely, or pointless you may feel. We are not victims of our trauma we are VICTORS! No matter what has happened in your past, no matter the judgement from others your life IS YOURS AND ONLY YOU CAN LIVE IT AND MAKE IT SOMETHING TO BE PROUD OF! You are the author to your story... to change it to.whatever your heart desires! It's not easy BUT IT IS POSSIBLE!

Hello,
We are adding a new service, from 6pm to 12am Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays we are offering anonymous counseling you can call or text 519 868 5232. You don't have to provide personal details and can get some mental health assistants.
