Winter is here ❄️
As you’re digging yourself out of the snow, here are a few tips to keep in mind:
🔥 Warm up first - spend 3-5 minutes before shovelling to stretch and prepare your body.
🦵🏽Use your legs, not your back. Keep the shovel close to your body and bend at the knees, not the back.
🫸 Push the snow away rather than lifting it up.
😎 Take frequent breaks to not overwork yourself.
💪 Keep your core engaged properly. Brace like you’re about to cough when lifting snow.
