Today is Sarah’s last day at the clinic before her maternity leave. She is planning to have the year off to spend time with her family and new baby girl.

Welcome Cody Brown to Optimal Physiotherapy🎉

Cody graduated from Anderson College’s Massage Therapy Program in 2022. Having a sports career and injury setbacks of his own, he understands the importance of rehabilitation, and also being proactive with your physical and mental well-being. Working in both clinical and spa settings, he is well adept at tailoring his treatment plans to each individuals desired outcome. He is a registered massage therapist specializing in deep tissue massage, treating postural dysfunction, and pain management.
