Explore your balance and hip stability and strength with a simple monster walk. If you don't have a loop band you could tie off a theraband, or do without the stretch and use an old necktie or belt. Just keep that lateral tension going.

A series of hip exercises called the "Monster Walk" you can use as a hip exercise for your patients right in your treatment room.
