Today is PURPLE DAY for EPILEPSY.

We wore purple to show our support for the millions of people living with epilepsy and to help raise awareness, understanding, and compassion within our community.

Epilepsy is one of the most common neurological conditions, yet it’s often misunderstood. By starting conversations and learning more, we can help break the stigma and support those affected.

It was wonderful spending time in the community alongside our friends from Longworth Retirement Living and enjoying all the festive St. Patrick’s Day fun.

We had a wonderful day at McLachlan Family Maple Syrup & Pancake House!

We learned how maple syrup is made, enjoyed a stroll along the nature trail, and indulged in delicious pancakes drizzled with fresh maple syrup—a sweet taste of tradition!

What a wonderful afternoon at Her Story in a Teacup in the Skylight Restaurant. Residents and guests came together to share stories, enjoy tea, and celebrate the strength and journeys of the incredible women in our community.

A special thank you to Susan Stevenson, Ward 4 Councillor for joining us as our guest speaker and helping make the afternoon so meaningful.

It was a beautiful way to celebrate International Women’s Day together.
