the magic of menopause & yin 💫

menopause isn’t an ending — it’s a powerful initiation. this special 2-hour immersive experience invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the wisdom of your changing body.

the first hour is finding the magic in menopause, a guided, conversational session that reframes menopause as a meaningful life transition rather than a problem to fix. we’ll explore what’s happening in your body, name what’s often left unspoken, and uncover practical ways to work with your hormones, nervous system, and energy—grounded in science, compassion, and lived experience.

the second hour is a deeply nourishing yin yoga practice led by marta lorusso, designed to support the nervous system, ease joint and connective tissue tension, and create space for integration and rest. expect long, supported poses, intentional stillness, and an atmosphere of care.

this session is for you if you are:

- in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause
- curious about approaching this season with more ease and self-trust
- ready to rest, reflect, and reconnect

"nourish & thrive" is here, a 6-week small-group program hosted at &asanas, plus one personalized 1:1 session to support your individual needs 🥗🤍⁠

nourish & thrive is designed for people who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck with their weight, struggling with brain fog, low mood or anxiety, joint pain, or the sense that their body is working against them. rather than focusing on restriction or perfection, this program helps you understand your physiology and how nutrition supports energy, focus, mood, and resilience.⁠

across six weekly 1-hour group sessions and a personalized 1:1 consult, you’ll learn practical, science-based strategies to build sustainable eating habits and a balanced approach to health that fits into real life. each week includes supportive discussion along with simple tools and resources to help you put what you learn into action.⁠

by the end of the program, participants walk away with greater clarity, improved energy, and confidence in how to nourish their body—so they can feel more like themselves again.⁠

— program price: $225 (normally $499 outside of &asanas)⁠

many of you have been asking — some of you since we were only a few months old! well, here we are. after almost three years, we're finally bringing our foundational yoga teacher training to the table. and yes, it took time — because, like with everything we do, quality matters to us. we chose to move slowly, build thoughtfully, and offer a training we truly stand behind.⁠
