Pancake Tuesday at the BXC! 🥞💚

Nothing brings people together quite like warm, fluffy pancakes and a little midweek sweetness. Here is our favourite go-to pancake recipe that never disappoints.

Fluffy Pancakes Recipe
✨ 1 cup all-purpose flour
✨ 2 tablespoons sugar
✨ 1 teaspoon baking powder
✨ ½ teaspoon baking soda
✨ ¼ teaspoon salt
✨ ¾ cup buttermilk or milk with a splash of vinegar
✨ 1 egg
✨ 2 tablespoons melted butter
✨ ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
2️⃣ In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
3️⃣ Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
4️⃣ Heat a greased pan over medium heat and pour in the batter.
5️⃣ Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
