In order to ensure we can continue to provide the highest level of care and service to our clients, we will be updating our cancellation & no-show policies, which will take effect immediately.

DEPOSITS

* Moving forward, all Appointments will require a deposit

* Deposit fees are $100 for most appointments
* A deposit of $50 is required for any appointment that holds a $50 charge
* A deposit of $50 is also required for all 15-minute follow up appointments however, this fee will be reimbursed at the completion of your appointment, or it can be used towards your next appointment booking

* Deposits will be processed 48hrs prior to your appointment, to the credit card on file and the deposit amount will be applied to your treatment or service

* If the credit card on file is not valid, you will be contacted and will have until the end of the business day to update your credit card. If we are unable to update your credit card on file, unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be required.

LATE ARRIVALS

* Arrivals 10 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time will require rescheduling with a cancellation fee, or depending on the service, a shortened appointment at full service price.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

* A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
* If cancellation notice is provided with less than 48hrs, or there is a No Show for the appointment, there will be the following charge:

Late Notice = 50% of service cost
No Show = 100% of service cost

Jova Medical Aesthetics

Jova Medical Aesthetics is a private medical cosmetic facility located in the beautiful city of London Ontario, specializing in the art and precision of medical aesthetics, ​and offering a large selection of Cosmetic Injectables and Dermal Fillers as a convenient and non-surgical approach to the facial aging process.

As a Nurse Practitioner, I have been practicing the art of Nursing for over 10 years and have certifications in both Primary Health Care and Adult populations. I obtained both my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Health Sciences degrees at The University of Western Ontario. I then went on to earn my Master of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Certificate at D’youville College in Buffalo, New York.

I take pride in maintaining a trusting and professional relationship with each and every one of my clients and I strive to achieve the highest standards and excellence in meeting their unique needs.

I have obtained specialized and certified training for Facial Rejuvenation Injectables including neurotoxin and dermal fillers, PRP Therapy for hair and skin restoration and Plasma Skin Tightening (Fibroblast).
