This space isn’t about perfect poses or pushing your limits; it’s about moving in a way that feels supportive and steady. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, you’re welcome here. It’s a calm, low-pressure hour to reset, find a bit of headspace, and begin the month with intention and grace.
