Attendance Policy
To ensure consistent care and fair access for all patients, we ask that at least 80% of scheduled appointments be attended as planned. This will be based on a 6-month timeline.
Frequent cancellations or rescheduling — even with 24 hours’ notice — can disrupt scheduling and limit appointment availability for others.
Patients who frequently miss their appointments may lose the ability to pre-book future appointments. In such cases, they will be placed on a wait list and offered appointments as they become available.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain timely and reliable care for all patients."

Update to Policies

Phone Discloser
The therapist will have a phone on their person or on during treatment to monitor family needs. It will also be present for security reasons.
Phone audio, video, and photographic transmitting and recording functions will be disabled.
All other devices will also be disabled for audio, video, and photographic.
The phone will never be left in the treatment room while the client is un******ng or redressing.

Zero Tolerance Policy Acknowledgment
This clinic maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, or misconduct.
I understand that:
Sexual behaviour or comments of any kind,
Verbal abuse, intimidation, or harassment, and
Physical aggression, violence, or threats
will result in the immediate termination of the session, discharge from care, and, where appropriate, reporting to police or other authorities.
