Dear Friends and Supporters,

This year, Westover celebrates 40 years of saving lives - 40 years of hope, healing, and recovery.
It’s an incredible milestone, but we can’t celebrate it alone.

Our 40th Anniversary Gala is meant to be more than a celebration - it’s a vital fundraiser to ensure that Westover can continue its life-saving work for those struggling with addiction.
Right now, ticket sales are slower than we hoped, and time is running out. Ticket sales end on January 30th!

Every ticket purchased helps someone take their first step toward recovery. Every seat filled means more lives changed.
If you’ve been touched by Westover’s mission - or know someone who has - please join us. Bring a friend. Spread the word.

We need you now more than ever.
Please buy your tickets today and help us make this milestone a success.
Together, we can keep hope alive for the next 40 years.

With heartfelt gratitude,
Laird

We are so excited to share that EPIC Recovery is now officially a federally incorporated social enterprise.

This is not a change in who we are, but a formal recognition of how we have always operated: leading with values, prioritizing community impact, and investing into people, programming, and accessible care.

This milestone strengthens our foundation and sets the stage for what comes next. We are just getting started. 😀 📢

"Dean has a rare ability to hold difficult conversations without making them feel heavy or unsafe."

Participants often describe his sessions as grounded, thoughtful, and surprisingly relieving, even when the topic is challenging.

This steadiness helps people stay engaged instead of shutting down.

This year marks 10 years of Dean supporting the recovery community, and the EPIC Recovery team couldn’t let that pass without a little celebration.

From early days juggling multiple roles in the addiction field to founding EPIC Recovery as the collaborative group practice it is today in London, Ontario, Dean’s steady commitment to dignity, emotional safety, and real-life tools for improved quality of life has helped shape the heart of our team and the way we work with individuals.

We’re grateful for the experience, leadership, and community-minded approach that continue to guide what we are building as a team, and we’re excited about what comes next!
