Our Story
@ THE BARRE - Pilates, Barre & Fitness studio is a full service Pilates and Barre Studio. Our Instructors are Certified Stott® Pilates instructors and have extensive training in anatomy and biomechanics. BARRE classes challenge endurance, and provide the fat burning benefits of interval training. Pilates on the mat or on the reformer provides a toning workout, focusing on your core, improving posture and balance.
Each class is 55mins.
This is a fun workout for all fitness levels. A dance background is not required! If you love to move and sweat - you’ll LOVE @ THE BARRE!
