This inspiration came to Kim Boughner, a Certified Esthetician, who wanted her business to represent one small philosophy.....Listen and understand the client's needs, but most importantly to how they feel. Kim purchased the business in 1986 from it's original owner, Joan Kendellen, who first opened Beauty Total in London, Ontario in 1979. Finding a new home for Beauty Total, Kim has created an atmosphere where clients feel they can escape the stress of the day, come to a place where they know they'll never be treated like a stranger, and trust that all of their needs will be given the care and attention they deserve. Kim and her mother, Martha, a certified Reflexologist, are committed to ensuring your visit is relaxing and satisfying. Whether you need to relax, unwind, rejuvenate, or simply pamper yourself, Beauty Total can take care of you.

Happy Retirement

I’m thrilled to share some bittersweet news: as of September 1st, Martha (Mom) will be retiring!

After more than 35 incredible years working alongside her, I’m feeling a mix of emotions. I’m really going to miss her presence in the spa—her encouragement and love has touched so many lives. But I truly believe she’s earned this time to relax and enjoy life, especially with a new great-grandchild arriving soon. What an exciting new chapter for her! 🥰

I have no doubt she’ll drop by the spa from time to time. 😊

Happy retirement, Mom! You will be deeply missed, but we’re all so excited for you and the adventures that lie ahead!
