This quick and tasty Egg Roll Bowl is a client favourite! πŸ˜‹

For this one, I used napa cabbage, shredded carrots & mushrooms for the veggies. Tip: buy pre-shredded carrots and pre-sliced mushrooms for easier prep!

✨️Cruciferous Veggies are the winner for hormone health!😍 They support detoxification & reduce estrogen dominance!

When having a higher carb Breakfast - make sure to add protein and healthy fat for blood sugar control! πŸ’—

My recent go to breaky has been High Protein Oats! 🀀This bowl has 30grams of protein!! πŸ‘‡

Cook 1/3cup large flake Oats (I use Sprouted Oats from at Costco!) + 1/3cup Unsweetened Coconut milk (or milk of choice) + 1/3cup water

Mix cooked Oats in a bowl with: πŸ₯£

🫐 1/2 cup Blueberries (OR half chopped apple)
🫐 1/2 cup Plain Coconut Yogurt ()
🫐 2 scoops Grass-fed Collagen Powder
🫐 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
🫐 1-2 teaspoons Pure Maple Syrup 🍁

Top with 1 tablespoon each H**p Seeds + Pumpkin Seeds = Bonus Omega 3s and Zinc for happy hormones!

White sugar is highly refined (chemically made πŸ§‘β€πŸ”¬) vs. pure maple syrup is just simply boiled tree sap. White sugar causes inflammation and damages egg/sperm quality vs. Maple syrup is packed with Minerals and Antioxidants like Zinc - which improves hormones and egg/sperm quality! πŸ™Œ

Traveling this Long Weekend? 🌞 Instead of stopping for fast food, pack a mini cooler with snacks and a quick meal! πŸ’ This was a simple spring mix salad with a can of Tuna thrown in πŸ₯— Your digestion will thank you when you have some backup options! πŸ˜‰

And no shortage of snacks! Protein packed ones like protein bars and trail mix. Along with some chocolate of course for balance πŸ˜‹

▢️ Limited time? 🌞 Bare minimum Pre-chop your Veggies for easy meals during the week!

▢️ Can even batch dressings/sauces!

Batched last week = Crispy Tofu, roasted Sweet potato, Bok choy and Brussels. I also batched the Tahini dressing. Reheated and served over greens! Made for easy and quick Buddha bowls during the week πŸ₯£ πŸ™Œ

Try it out! Make it part of your weekend routine!! All you need is 30 mintes = You'll set yourself up for success during the week πŸ’–

Sea veggies 🌿 like kelp and seaweed (aka nori) are the highest food source of Iodine! You can incorporate these sea veggies in sushiπŸ₯’, seaweed snacks, nori wraps or by adding dried kelp flakes into soups πŸ₯˜
