Everyday Self Counselling

My name is Nicole, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q), Psychometrist, and owner of Everyday Self Counselling! I completed my Honors B.A. in psychology and sociology at Western University, and I completed my M.A. in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. As a therapist, I aim to help my clients educate themselves to live a happy, healthy, and loving life. Also, I enjoy sharing a collection of my personal stories, experiences, and knowledge about mental health and lifestyle with other individuals going through similar experiences.
