🍁 The MHP Team + family and friends took on the 5km Silent Ruck!

is a community-based fitness event raising funds and awareness for Veterans and First Responders living with Operational Stress Injuries through our partnership with Wounded Warriors Canada.

To-date, this event has raised approximately $422,000 towards the mental health services provided by Wounded Warriors Canada.
