To help ensure all eligible Ontarians are able to receive their second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, individuals who received their first dose or both doses outside of the province can now register their vaccination through their local public health unit.

Step 1: provide proof such as a vaccination receipt or certificate to your public health unit. ontario.ca/publichealth

Step 2: once registered, book your second dose appointment through Ontario’s booking system, public health units that use their own system or through participating pharmacies or primary care settings. ontario.ca/bookvaccine
