It’s Gardening Season!!! ☀️💦🌱It may sound weird, but, as someone interested in your Well-Being, I love to see those dirt-stained feet at the end of the chiro table! This shows me that my patients are taking time and spending energy on improving their overall Health & mental Wellness by being in the garden (barefoot! Even better!) 💚👣💚

Gardening is great physical exercise with several unexpected benefits, including reduced anxiety and an improved microbiome.

"What I wanted to say to you yesterday (which I never could have gotten out coherently lol) is that aside from the physical healing you provided me (which you 100% did), just as importantly you gave me hope when I had none, and had not received any from the multiple doctors I had seen up to that point. I wasn't eating, I wasn't functioning in any real capacity as a partner, mom, employee, and I wasn't sleeping without pills. My anxiety was thru the roof, and I was in a very dark place. When I last saw the specialist and explained how I was still struggling and they told me to get some anti anxiety meds from my GP - it was such a dark moment for me, because it hit me that I am on my own with this, the medical field has now dismissed me, and that terrified me.
