The McCormick Care Group is a non-denominational charitable organization based in London, Ontario, providing compassionate care to the community.

McCormick Care Group operates McCormick Home, a long-term care facility for seniors; McCormick Dementia Services, to provide care and support to people living in the community with dementia and their care partners; and McCormick Dementia Research, to push innovation in dementia care and develop new ways to manage dementia for people and their families. While each plays a unique role in caring for those with dementia, they’re all guided by the same principles for providing compassionate care.

A heartfelt thank you to TriOS College and their massage therapy students for providing wellness massages to our team members at McCormick Care Group.

Through this Relationship-Centred Care Action Team initiative, the partnership continues to grow through recurring Massage Clinics, which are consistently fully booked and receive overwhelmingly positive feedback from team members.

We are truly grateful for the care, comfort, and support this brings to our team.

Earlier this month, the Relationship-Centred Care Action Team celebrated Valentine’s day by handing out chocolates and candies to residents and team members across McCormick Care Group.The smiles, laughter, and simple moments of connection reminded us that Relationship Centred Care lives in everyday interactions. It is about meaningful relationships between residents, clients, families, care partners, volunteers, students and staff members. It is about belonging, dignity, and making each person feel valued and known.
