The UWO Student Emergency Response Team (SERT) is a student run, volunteer organization providing emergency medical response to 9-1-1 calls on Main, Brescia, and Huron Campuses. We provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the academic school year and 8:30-4:30 weekday service from May to August. We are dispatched through the Campus Community Police Service (CCPS) to any medical emergency on-campus, responding in three person co-ed teams. SERT is unable to provide medical advice over the phone or social media.

Hands-on skills are essential in emergency response, so we decided to put them to the test!

Our responders took on a blindfolded challenge to identify equipment by touch alone.

A fun way to reinforce familiarity with the tools we rely on every day.
Watch to see how they do!

A little yoga, a lot of laughs, and the cutest goat companions came together to create a truly memorable experience. Our responders had a wonderful time unwinding, connecting, and enjoying such a unique and fun activity.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity and hope to return again in the future.
A huge thank you and shoutout to for hosting us and providing such an amazing experience — we are still smiling!
