💪 TEAM BOSS…. GRACE IN EVERY OUTCOME 💋

What a weekend.
What a lineup.
What a team.

This weekend’s show was massive…. and as proud as I am of every single one of our athletes, I’d be lying if I didn’t acknowledge how tough that second half was. By the time the female categories hit the stage, the judges and staff were noticeably exhausted, overwhelmed,frazzled, and rushing athletes through their routines. The show simply wasn’t organized to give every competitor the fair, focused attention they deserved.

But here’s what defines Team BOSS:
We take our losses as gracefully as we take our wins.

Jeff walked away with two incredible placings ….4th and 5th in a stacked lineup for his first ever show 👏
And to Jocelyn and Jess ….I couldn’t be prouder. You brought your absolute best to that stage under less-than-ideal circumstances. You showed professionalism, poise, and heart.

That’s what it means to “Train Like a BOSS.”
You show up. You push through. You rise above.

I’m proud beyond words of this entire team ….the athletes, supporters, and everyone who helped bring the BOSS energy to that stage.
Every show teaches us something. Every experience builds our edge.
And as always ….we’ll come back stronger, sharper, and even more unstoppable. ❤️‍🔥

Today we go into battle. Months of work, sacrifice, and precision all come down to this moment.

I couldn’t be more proud of Jeff, Jess, and Jocelyn…. each of them bringing their absolute A game to the stage today. The dedication, the discipline, and the heart they’ve poured into this prep have been nothing short of inspiring.

Each category is stacked, but so are we. 💪
Confidently stepping into this day knowing Team BOSS is bringing something special.

Good luck to all the incredible athletes competing … the level of talent and conditioning across the board we’ve seen already this weekend is unreal. Excited to see how it all unfolds. 💪💪💪

One month ago today… life changed just like that.
One moment I was training for the stage, dialed in and ready.
The next, I was sidelined by a near-fatal emergency surgery that rerouted the entire trajectory of my life.

This weekend, I bring my athletes into the very show I was supposed to step on stage for.
It’s bittersweet, but it’s also deeply celebratory. Because I get to be here. I get to walk them in. I get to lead.

If this past month has shown me anything, it’s this:

Muscle matters. Fitness matters. Strength matters.
Not because of how it looks under the lights…
but because of how it carries you through the darkest moments of your life.

When everything went sideways, it was the years of training, the tissue I built, the discipline, the resilience, the cardiovascular strength, the mindset, the grit…
that’s what kept me alive.
That’s what gave me a fighting chance.

So yes… life can change in a snap.
But so can your perspective.
And mine has never been clearer:

Train for aesthetics if you want.
But train for survival because you need to.

Here’s to the athletes stepping on stage this weekend,
and here’s to the strength that brought me through the storm so I can still be here to coach and cheer them on.

One month later, I’m not where I planned to be…
but I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

Here at BOSS Studio Fitness we focus on Online Personal Coaching Systems and assist individuals to becoming their best version of them on a global scale. Based in London Ontario, Canada.... we also are the home of BOSS Training Outdoor Bootcamps.... BOSSBabes Bootcamps (ladies only) and our co-ed version BOSSBootcamps.

Our Head BOSS Lady, Michelle Goldrick is a London Ontario based certified personal trainer with over 20 year’s experience in the fitness industry, with adding in some additional certification in Pre and Post Natal Specialised Personal Training. Over the years she has helped many women achieve and sustain their fitness and weight loss goals before, during and after pregnancy and into menopause. Michelle trains out of her own home based personal training studio in London, Ontario as well. She also has a large online training client base. Michelle is a wife, entrepreneur and a mother to a very active 6 year old daughter.

Most recently being a breast cancer survivor, diagnosed in September 2013 with mastectomy in December 2013, she now also understand the unique obstacles to overcome physiologically and emotionally that younger women with early age diagnosis go through. After her journey with cancer, she made it her mission to empower women to feel their very best in the body they have and see the beauty in the strength and perseverance of what it does for us. In doing so she created a few of her many programs that allowed her to facilitate this idea with a 6 week training and coaching system that ends with either a fitness themed or a bo***ir photoshoot. That being our Six Weeks to STRONG and Six Weeks to SEXY systems.
