With so many new faces here, I thought it was time to reintroduce myself.

Hi, I’m Jaime — a Registered Massage Therapist of 13 years, registered with the CMTO, and the person behind Jaime Haining Massage Therapy.

I’m also a mom of two, an adventurer at heart, and someone who is almost always dreaming up the next trip. When I’m not planning travel, you’ll usually find me here in my home practice — a space I intentionally created to feel calm, welcoming, and supportive.

Massage therapy has always been about more than treatment for me. It’s about helping people feel better in their bodies and creating a space where you can pause, breathe, and focus on your wellness.
