Together, they weave qigong, guided meditation, and conscious breath to help you settle into the present moment.
Through flowing movements and quiet pauses, you’ll practice noticing what’s happening in your body and breath without trying to fix or change anything. This is not about effort or getting it right, but about moving in a way that is gentle and easy to follow.
