Jo Sawyer, Find Your Calm Jo Sawyer is a certified meditation teacher, children’s yoga & mindfulness teacher, mental wellness facilitator, & public school education teacher.

Jo Sawyer offers retreats, classes, and events to women, parents, kids, and educators to help them connect to their thoughts, feelings, and actions to calm the mind, body, and soul. Through her retreats and classes, she provides educators, parents and their kids with an opportunity to connect to their thoughts, feelings, and actions with loving compassion. This then allows them to navigate and make connections in their professional lives, family lives, and other interpersonal relationships. Her offerings include yoga, meditation, journaling, mindfulness, EFT tapping, and exploration of one’s life purpose.

This is not about effort or getting it right, but about moving in a way that is gentle and easy to follow. A Mindful Path
An online program to bring the quality of mindfulness to your life

Click on the link in my bio to learn more. Registration opens February 2🪷

In my own life personally, and in my life as a teacher, I have seen and experienced the benefits of bringing the quality of mindfulness into my life and into the lives of my students.

It has been a passion of mine for many years to be able to bring mindfulness to others, and the creation of this program is bringing that passion to life.

It is through learning and practising and continuing to build the skills of mindfulness that greater emotional regulation and inner peace have been brought into my life. And this is what I want to share with you.

A MINDFUL PATH is an online program that includes learning, practicing, and coming together to bring more of the quality of mindfulness into your life.

And I am so excited to include our weekly Circles of Calm where we can come together on Zoom!

Registration opens on Monday, February 2. Move through the program at your own pace, join at the time that feels right in your life. You will be welcomed with open hearts, kindness, and compassion.
