Hey! Hey! I am Erin!
I am a Registered Psychotherapist, a former elementary school teacher, a wife, a mama, a sister, a daughter, and a friend.
I offer client centered, individually tailored, and integrated care that honours the client and all of their beautiful parts.
Therapy doesn’t always need to feel heavy! I WILL laugh with you, share my own humanity, and talk all things reality tv at any time.
At the heart of our work together will be mindfulness and self-compassion. Using somatic exercises, Internal Family Systems work, and similar techniques we will work towards meeting the goals you’ve set.
My clients are among the best humans I’ve ever met and helping others to heal, heals me also!

Hey! My name is Erin Topma and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in London, Ontario.

All too often adulthood weighs us down. We are left feeling stressed to the max and totally exhausted.
